We, as a public university specialized in the field of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) with the use of a Bilingual, International and Sustainable (BIS) model, seek to shape our undergraduate students' academic experience through innovative teachings and international cultural preparation, with the goal of shaping successful professional individuals, and upstanding leaders that are able to promote the economic prosperity and welfare of our society.
